We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “http” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Due to extreme weather conditions and their detrimental effect on wine we will only be shipping outside of the West Coast in the Spring and Fall. We are happy to process your order and hold it until shipping is possible. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about this process.
Given the restrictions on shipping wine, we are able to ship to the following states: Oregon, California, Idaho, Washington, Wisconsin, Texas, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Nebraska, Minnesota, Michigan, Louisiana, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, Ohio, North Carolina, New York, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Alaska and Hawaii. Each state resides within a shipping region. Shipping prices are determined by that region and the number of bottles purchased.
Haden Fig will replace or credit any bottle that is clearly damaged or unsatisfactory. If the product is flawed/corked then please let us know as soon as possible – we will resolve the issue with your best interest in mind. Please e-mail us at email@example.com and together we will discuss instructions for the return and replacement or credit of your order. Thank you for understanding.
Please note that we are unable to accept a return of any product that was damaged or became unsatisfactory due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. Because wine is fragile, our shipping policy clearly states our reason for shipping at certain times of the year to specific destinations.
